The Senior Research Associate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of ELISA-based immunoassays. This position requires hands-on expertise, a strong scientific foundation, and experience working in regulated laboratory environments. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a team building accessible diagnostic solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners in clinical operations, quality, and regulatory to support assay development and transfer to production.
Independently design, develop, and optimize ELISA-based immunoassays for clinical applications.
Plan and execute experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot assay performance.
Ensure all work adheres to CLIA, CAP, and GDP standards.
Maintain detailed records, generate technical reports, and contribute to SOP and validation documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support assay transfer, validation, and implementation in a clinical production setting.
Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies in immunoassay development.

Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on ELISA assay development experience in a regulated environment (CLIA or CAP preferred).
Strong understanding of immunoassay design, optimization, and validation principles.
Excellent data analysis and documentation skills; familiarity with statistical tools is a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
