  • The Senior Research Associate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of ELISA-based immunoassays. This position requires hands-on expertise, a strong scientific foundation, and experience working in regulated laboratory environments. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a team building accessible diagnostic solutions.

    The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners in clinical operations, quality, and regulatory to support assay development and transfer to production.

    • Independently design, develop, and optimize ELISA-based immunoassays for clinical applications.

    • Plan and execute experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot assay performance.

    • Ensure all work adheres to CLIA, CAP, and GDP standards.

    • Maintain detailed records, generate technical reports, and contribute to SOP and validation documentation.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to support assay transfer, validation, and implementation in a clinical production setting.

    • Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies in immunoassay development.

    • Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field

    • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on ELISA assay development experience in a regulated environment (CLIA or CAP preferred).

    • Strong understanding of immunoassay design, optimization, and validation principles.

    • Excellent data analysis and documentation skills; familiarity with statistical tools is a plus.

    • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
